That's an interesting thought... this personal connect is usually seen from startups, but they are scaling it to some extent as the company scales. Again, Figma is a good example of a company that has scaled and still continued to maintain its style of engagement. Interestingly, since you mention Adobe, it would be interesting to see if Figma (or Adobe) changes its community management style, now that Adobe has acquired Figma.
